Hired Law firm 2024Took a retainer to keep representing me, and my case was discontinued due to inaction. The whole time she's telling me she's doing things as my attorney which is just not possible considering there was no case for her to represent me on. Dodged my request for updates for three continuous months, all while telling me everything was fine and being processed. By the time she told me the truth it was two months too late to get my case reinstated. At which point she said she would only continue even though the whole thing was her fault for inaction, if I gave her 1,300 more. Plus more filing fees.
