Overview
Erik was born in Virginia and raised in Northern California. He returned to Virginia as a high school student and attended first Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro, Virginia. After Fishburne, he attended the Virginia Military Institute from which he graduated with honors in 2002. Prior to law school, Erik enjoyed time spent as a teacher to middle and high school students. Erik graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Erik is married with a daughter and two sons as well as a menagerie of pets. His leisure interests include spending time with his wife and children and outdoor recreational activities, such as hiking, camping, backpacking, and kayaking.
