Overview
Kathryne is a Shareholder with Boleman Law Firm and Chief Litigator. She has been with Boleman Law Firm since her admittance to the bar in 2015. Kathryne practices primarily in the Tidewater Offices and focuses on complex post-petition bankruptcy matters and litigation. She a regular in bankruptcy court, appearing on a variety of matters in Norfolk, Newport News, and Richmond Divisions of the Eastern District of Virginia.
In 2012, Kathryne received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University. In 2015, she graduated from Regent University School of Law. At Regent, she was a senior staff editor on Regent Law Review and a student representative on the Student Bar Association. During her time in law school, she interned at the Suffolk Commonwealth Attorney’s Office and a local general practice firm.
Kathryne is a member of the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. She is currently serving as a board member to the TBBA and is the TBBA’s Current President. In her free time, she enjoys doing home renovation projections, singing in her church’s praise band, and spending time with her family in the mountains.
