Hired Attorney 2025BE CAREFUL DO NOT HIRE Mr. Frank was appointed by the judge, and my experience with him was the worst. He never responded to my calls or emails and showed no concern for my son’s situation with his father, who is a pathological liar and only wants to get rid of child support for me. He was completely biased, favoring and listening to the other side while ignoring both me and my son. Because of his inefficiency, my son had to suffer greatly. His written report failed to include any of the serious issues my son was experiencing at his father’s home, and instead, he presented everything in favor of the other party. He was extremely unprofessional, biased, and caused one of the worst experiences of my life. But Mr. Kevin Frank, what goes around comes around. Amen.

Hired Attorney 2023Courts scare the bajeevies out of me. I was very apprehensive about showing up in court for my traffic ticket. The judge was ready to uphold the traffic ticket but with my input through Mr Frank I was found not guilty. Mr Frank was able to question me directly to the actual events of the traffic accident that refuted the officers reasons of issuing the traffic ticket. If I was not there I can guarantee the not guilty verdict by the judge would not have happened. This was definitely a team effort.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
