David H. Moyer - Virginia Beach, VA

A trial lawyer for more than 43 years, David Moyer has devoted his practice to personal injury litigation and criminal litigation. Mr. Moyer has tried more than 100 jury trials and countless trials before judges.

He began his career in 1980 as a prosecutor in the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. In 1982, Mr. Moyer entered private practice. Since that time, he has worked tirelessly on behalf of his clients. Mr. Moyer has obtained significant settlements and awards on behalf of thousands of his clients who were injured due to someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing. Mr. Moyer has represented numerous clients facing serious criminal charges. He has always fought hard for everyone he represents.

Mr. Moyer grew up in Norfolk. He was a three-sport star at Granby High School. Upon graduation, Mr. Moyer attended Old Dominion University, where he played two sports. He was a member of the ODU team that won the 1975 NCAA Basketball Division 2 National Championship and was honored as Academic All-American. He was a captain and leading home run hitter on the baseball team. When he is not working, Mr. Moyer enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
