Bryan works in WCLEW's Prince William and Loudoun offices, primarily in the firm's Real Estate Transactions and Finance and the Land Use and Zoning practice groups. Bryan is experienced in representing local and national companies, developers, builders, banks and religious institutions in commercial loan closings; negotiating and preparing contracts, leases, and development agreements; preparing subdivision deeds, easement deeds, and other related development documents; assisting in the entitlements process and bond release; and forming homeowner associations and other community associations.
