Robert Warr - Woodbridge, VA

Attorney Robert Warr retired as a Colonel after more than 30 years of military service, including over 20 years as an Army Judge Advocate. His assignments include senior roles such as Deputy General Counsel, Director of Litigation & Employment Counsel, National Guard Bureau, Office of General Counsel, and Director of the Army National Guard Trial Defense Service. In his final year at the National Guard Bureau, Robert was regularly providing legal advice on complex matters being considered by the highest levels of NGB leadership. In fact, he was assigned to advise the General Officer Management Office on both Army and Air Force promotions, assignments, retirements, and accusations of misconduct.

Early in his career, he served as a trial counsel and defense counsel in high profile cases on active duty. During a break in service, he was a litigation attorney representing financial institutions in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. This background now informs the firm's Lender Representation practice. He holds a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, an LL.M. in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of Miami School of Law, and an M.S. in National Security Strategy from the Department of Defense’s premier Senior Service School, the National War College.
