Overview
Kristi Wood, is an attorney/owner at Burrwood Law Group, PLLC. She is an experienced attorney, licensed by the Washington State Bar Association, as well as a seasoned Executive Business Leader trained in Project Management, Change Management and Process Improvement. Prior to becoming the owner of the Burrwood Law Group, Kristi held roles such as VP Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement for a large international company that supported clinical trials as well as Regulatory Advisor, Board Chair and Board Liaison. In these roles, Kristi lead international cross functional teams through mergers and acquisitions as well as seven figure process and technology initiatives. Kristi also provided regulatory advisement and interpretation on federal and state laws and drafted and reviewed contracts. Prior to and during law school, Kristi worked as a Property Manager in her home state of Arizona. Kristi has served as the Vice President and President of her Homeowners Association and as the PTA Financial Secretary of her local elementary school. When not advising clients, Kristi can be found spending time with her three children and husband and enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Kristi is committed to helping her client friends and neighbors as they embark on starting or growing their own businesses, developing their real estate portfolio, or managing their community associations and neighborhoods to become a place we all desire to live.
Kristi concentrates her practice on real estate law, homeowners association law, drafting wills and trusts, construction law, and business matters.
