Linda E. Naish - Everett, WA

Linda’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and guardianships. Linda received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Western Washington University; and her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Shephard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. Linda is currently licensed in Washington State, and is a former member of the Florida Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida.

Linda counsels individuals, families and business owners throughout all chapters of their lives, from marriage, remarriage, a new child, death of a loved one, charitable giving, business succession, retirement, and leaving a legacy for their family and friends. No person, married couple, or family is ever the same, and Linda is proud to work with her clients to educate them and provide solutions to meet their priorities and needs.

Linda was raised in Kirkland, Washington. In her spare time, she volunteers with Snohomish County Legal Services, providing pro bono estate planning services to low-income seniors. Linda is a passionate Seahawks and Mariners fan and enjoys travelling with her daughter, cooking, crafting, pub trivia, and reading. Most of all, Linda loves spending time with her family and friends, and absolutely loves the Pacific Northwest!
