Mr. McConnell’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury and family law. On injury claims, he typically represents clients who have been injured in an auto accident, motorcycle accident, or from a slip & fall. He focuses on cases in which there are serious injuries as well as wrongful death claims. He also handles a variety of family law matters including divorce, legal separation, child support, parenting plans, and maintenance. Mr. McConnell is experienced in negotiating settlements, managing the civil discovery process, and litigation. He prides himself and his staff in being focused on his clients and their needs.
Mr. McConnell grew up in Arlington, Washington and returned to Marysville following law school. He is raising his two children in this community and works to give back through community involvement. He currently is a member of a local church, serves on the Board of Directors for the Marysville Food Bank and is past Chairman of the Board for the Marysville Tulalip Chamber of Commerce. He is grateful to his community for supporting his legal practice since 2008.
