I never expected to find myself in a situation where I would need to find a lawyer, especially as a physician myself seeking legal counsel for review of a malpractice concern regarding the care my wife received during the birth of our daughter. To this end, I had no idea where to start and felt completely out of my element, until I met Matt Menzer and we reviewed the case. Matt was incredibly caring, respectful and professional. We discussed the case and he reviewed the documents that I had collected. During our meetings, it was clear that he was listening and had truly taken the time to understand the details. Never did we feel rushed or dismissed. We felt heard and taken care of like I imagine my patients want to be heard and taken care of.
