• $13.5 million jury verdict for an 85 year-old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos as a laborer and electrician at Longview Fibre in Longview, Washington

• $11.2 million jury verdict for a 75 year -old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos as a laborer at Zidell Dismantling in Tacoma, Washington.

• $8.3 million in settlements for a 77 year-old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos as a pipefitter who worked at shipyards, oil refineries, power plants, and paper mills in Washington and Oregon.

• $6.3 million in settlements for a 61 year-old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos while working at Atlas Foundry in Tacoma, Washington.

• $5.75 million jury verdict for a 70 year-old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos as a brake mechanic at United Volkswagen in Spokane, Washington.

• $4.2 million in settlements for a 62 year-old mesothelioma victim who was exposed to asbestos at Bethlehem Steel in Seattle and had “take-home” exposure to asbestos from his father who worked as a pipefitter.
