Overview

I believe that law as results means WINNING-winning by getting the best possible results and always putting my clients first. My practice focuses on Construction and Commercial Litigation. I have successfully litigated complex multi-party cases arising out of public and private construction projects. In addition, I represent contractors involved in bid disputes over government contracts. The fast-paced, ever evolving world of public construction contracts requires aggressive, informed and talented representation. You cannot win with anything less. I have represented owners, developers, subcontractors and homeowners in disputes surrounding commercial and residential construction projects and small and medium-sized businesses involved in lien and other disputes and a variety of regulatory issues. It is vital that in an industry where you put so much on the line every day that you have someone with experience and knowledge on your side to help you come out on the winning side. Sometimes the best way to win is by living to fight another day and employing efficient, cost-effective solutions to legal problems. This is why I frequently use alternative dispute resolution methods, arbitration and mediation. No matter what, I join with my clients as equal members of a team. The bottom line is I work with my clients to determine what winning means to them and then give everything I have to reach that goal.
