He has argued in the Washington State Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit, represented clients in U.S. District Court and most counties in Western Washington. He takes a practical approach to solving problems and resolving disputes. His success over 30 years of practicing law, emphasizing a wide range of practice areas, demonstrates a broad understanding of the law and an ability to connect the dots between multiple practice areas and industries.
Will was born in Spokane and raised in Seattle, a true Washingtonian. He has been married over 30 years and has two children. He is a long-time member of Assumption Catholic Church. He is a loyal Seattle Mariners and Washington Huskies fan.
