He forms, structures and guides successful organizations, businesses and non-profits, negotiates purchases, sales, leases, buyouts and workouts. He has years of experience drafting and probating trust and estate plans and representing organizations, nonprofits and individuals in a wide variety of matters. He has argued in the Washington State Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit, represented clients in U.S. District Court and most counties in Western Washington. He takes a practical approach to solving problems and resolving disputes. His success over 30 years of practicing law, emphasizing a wide range of practice areas, demonstrates a broad understanding of the law and an ability to connect the dots between multiple practice areas and industries.

Will was born in Spokane and raised in Seattle, a true Washingtonian. He has been married over 30 years and has two children. He is a long-time member of Assumption Catholic Church. He is a loyal Seattle Mariners and Washington Huskies fan.
