Overview
As a 1975 graduate of Gonzaga University Law School, Frank V. Bartoletta has focused primarily in the area of criminal defense, with an emphasis on DUI defense. A retired JAG officer with the U.S. Army Reserves, Frank has tried over 200 jury trials, in all form of arenas, ranging from State District and Superior Courts, to Federal Court, to Military Tribunals, all with notable success. Over a 35+ years in the legal profession Frank has represented well over 1,000 individuals charged with DUI. A Spokane native, Frank has spoken through the years at numerous CLE programs on the subject of DUI defense. Frank believes every client deserves a vigorous defense.
