Hired Law firm 2019-2020Hands down...Him and his son are by far the best lawyer that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and I have dealt with a lot). They not only know the law in and out, but there are soooo honest! They will flat out tell you whether a case is worth going to trial or not. They are not concerned with money only your time and stress. They not only know the law they also know how judges and other lawyers work and play.

Consulted Law firm 2018-2021He discouraged me from law suit from dog bite. Said it would be too complicated. Didn't even look at bite, 2 huge gashes & puncture. blood running down my arm to ground. Needed antibiotics for 10 days that made me sick. Took long time to heal. I had stopped to buy eggs where there was sign out front. Dog came off porch & attacked me just as getting out of car. Now I suffer every with pain in scare & probably will the rest of my life.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
