The firm's founder, attorney Paul R. Rundle, has over 25 years of litigation and trial experience, including over 70 trials and hundreds of other civil cases resolved by motion or negotiated settlement. A former top-ten law school graduate and deputy district attorney, Mr. Rundle was a partner at a medium-sized law firm before opening his own firm in 2003. Mr. Rundle has recovered millions for clients damaged by their lawyers' mistakes.
Mr. Rundle has obtained a jury verdict of $12.1 million for a client in federal court, and has obtained several complete defense judgments for clients defending claims well in excess of $1 million. The Rundle Law Firm has represented small, medium, and large companies, and individuals, including several national banks and title companies, in diverse litigation matters before focusing his practice exclusively on legal malpractice cases. Mr. Rundle is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.
