Hired Attorney 2025Sent a retainer and documents for a research matter in April and have not heard anything since despite multiple requests for a status update. No billing, no call back, nothing. Terminated representation and requested return of retainer and documents. If not received soon, I will file a grievance with the WV Bar.

Hired Attorney 2021I read all of the positive reviews about Kyle and had a really nice conversation for about an hour prior to doing business with him. I felt very comfortable signing a contract to start doing business with him. I signed the contract and sent a large sum of money and never heard anything from him or anyone in the office again. I attempted multiple times to follow up on the status of my case and our agreement. I made many phone calls and sent many emails. I never received any response. I am very disappointed with the lack of service and communication from this firm. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
