A very hard-working compassionate lawyer. I could have not asked for better service. Never once did I not get a reply when making contact. Even though my case was relatively small he did not treat it like it was not important. I would consider him a “super” texter that gave me the ability to receive nearly instant replies if I had a question. I would highly recommend.

Not sure my review posted ... but I'm happy to do two reviews for Adrian. Special lawyer. Super good person. I really felt like the case was about ME not a lawyer or firm. Adrian returned messages and calls in seconds, not days. I could not be happier. I was able to really get out of a financial mess, take my kids on vacation for the first time in three years and even save move. Because of Adrian I now have a savings account. I'm so thrilled I called him to take my case. Honestly one of the best people you will ever meet. Helped out other family members as well and didn't want a penny. If anything happens to you or your family CALL ADRIAN FIRST!! He will 100% get you with the right people if its an area of law he doesn't do. Work place injuries, harassment, even wrongful death. If he doesn't work it, he knows who does and will set you up without wanting anything! YOU CAN EVEN TEXT HIM!! Saved me SOOO much time!!!! I'm so, so, SOOOO thrilled with his work and willingness to listen to me. 100 Stars!!!!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
