Overview

Billie Jo Streyle grew up on a farm where her parents instilled the value of hard work in her at a young age. Her father worked for Consol Coal and her mother was a housewife. She was the youngest of four children, and the first in her family to go to college and ultimately law school.

Billie Jo graduated summa cum laude from Waynesburg University with a Bachelor of Science degreee in computer science, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting, and a minor in business management. Her passion to help people led her to law school at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she graduated in the year 2002 with her Juris Doctor degree.

Billie Jo is a seasoned litigator with a diverse background. She has represented clients in an array of practice areas from the inception of matters through final adjudication. In her practice, Billie Jo has engaged in jury trials and prevailed in appeals before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Apart from her accomplishments in litigation, Billie Jo also was named the first female member of a law firm, she was appointed as the Director of the West Virginia Division of Personnel by the then Governor of the State of West Virginia, and was selected as a Young Gun by West Virginia Executive Magazine.

When she is not practicing law, in her spare time, Billie Jo enjoys spending time with her daughter.
