Frances Lazell joined Jenkins Fenstermaker in June 2017. Frances is a Huntington native. She graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. While attending Marshall, she was a member of the Honors College and the Gamma Beta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta.
Following graduation, Frances attended West Virginia University's College of Law. She was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the National Health Care Moot Court Competition.
