Mr. Matthews graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marshall University in 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He completed his legal studies in 2002 at the West Virginia University College of Law. He is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
