Casey Wynn is a proud resident of the northern panhandle of West Virginia and loves practicing law near her hometown. Raised in Chester, Casey graduated from Oak Glen High School in 2010. She received her bachelor's degree from Bethany College in West Virginia before continuing her education at William & Mary Law School, where she was awarded her Juris Doctor degree in 2017.

Casey has a passion for civil litigation and handles a variety of legal issues in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses largely on personal injury, labor and employment, and general civil litigation. She understands that clients may be unfamiliar with litigation and she always goes the extra mile to put clients at ease and to help them make informed decisions.

Casey enjoys being involved in the community. She is a graduate of the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Wheeling Program, a member of the William Blackstone American Inn of Court, and a member of the Hancock County Bar Association. She is also a member of Ohio County Bar Association, having previously served as Secretary and Treasurer.

Casey is admitted to practice in West Virginia and the U .S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
