Christina is the newest attorney in the law firm of Sweet & Maier, S.C Christina practices primarily in the areas of business and commercial and residential real estate, law in both Wisconsin and Illinois.
Christina M. Green began her legal career in the Lansing, Michigan office of Dickinson Wright PLLC and then moved with Dickinson Wright to Chicago, IL. After leaving Dickinson Wright she practiced at Holleb & Coff and Vedder Price both in Chicago IL until she left Vedder Price to become one of the founding members of Stahl, Cowen Crowley & Addis, LLC. Most recently, Christina worked with Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. in Elkhorn, WI.
Christina M. Green graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1991 with a major in Business Administration and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1995.
Christina began her legal career in the Lansing, Michigan office of Dickinson Wright PLLC and then moved with Dickinson Wright to Chicago. After leaving Dickinson Wright, she practiced at Holleb & Coff and Vedder Price, both based out of Chicago until she left Vedder Price to become one of the founding members of Stahl, Cowen Crowley & Addis, LLC. Before becoming President of Sweet & Maier, S.C., Christina worked with Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
Christina is an experienced real estate attorney in a wide variety of real estate and business law matters. Christina focuses her practice in commercial and residential real estate, including zoning & land use, acquisitions & development, leasing and condominiums and in commercial and corporate finance, acting as lender’s and borrower’s counsel. She has represented financial institutions in middle market loans, including general commercial loans, asset-based loans, real estate acquisition loans and construction loans. Christina’s clientele includes residential and commercial real estate developers, real estate management companies, financial institutions and borrowers, and sellers and purchasers of real estate and businesses.
Christina’s large firm expertise and small-town practice combine nicely to provide quality legal services with a personal touch throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Christina is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
In her free time, Christina enjoys horseback riding, boating, and spending time with her family.
