Firm Information
Overview
Hurley Burish, SC, was established in 1984, and has since grown into an accomplished practice known for outstanding representation and results-oriented strategies.
The criminal defense team is composed of experienced litigators with a reputation for success. They handle cases throughout the state of Wisconsin, and are distinguished by the fact that they approach each matter knowing that the path to resolution is different for every client.
The civil team likewise has the knowledge and experience to help clients cost-effectively and timely with businesses organization, contracts, construction law, employment, estate planning, family law, probate real estate and wills and trusts. If litigation becomes necessary, for example in insurance defense issues, a professional licensing and disciplinary action, or an employment matter, our attorneys are recognized as knowledgeable and effective in Federal, state, and administrative fora, at both the trial and appellate levels.
When it comes to resolving disputes outside of court, several members of the firm have substantial experience as mediators or arbitrators.
Six of our attorneys are recognized as Super Lawyers*, and the firm has two attorneys who are past Wisconsin State Bar Presidents.
