-Acts as outside general counsel for many privately owned companies providing general legal services when called and arranging for and overseeing the use of specialized attorneys when needed.
-Represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and assists in real estate development and ongoing management issues
-Represents both landlords and tenants in commercial real estate matters
-Prepares basic estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documentation
Andrew is a graduate of Marquette Law School (Juris Doctorate 1995) and received miscellaneous academic awards in law school. In addition, Andrew graduated from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1991 with a major in finance.
