Overview

Personal Injury Attorney Robert J. Domol joined Hupy and Abraham in 2014 after he represented serious personal injury victims in Illinois for nearly a decade. Attorney Domol was promoted to shareholder in 2021. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2004 from DePaul University College of Law and is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Attorney Domol is a member of several respected legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and Brown County Bar Association. He has also been a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Illinois State Bar Association.

He gives back to the legal community by mentoring law students and new attorneys. He has lectured at various continuing legal education programs and judged student moot court competitions. He and his wife, Krista Seidl, also established a charitable foundation to fund research for treatments for Rett Syndrome, a rare genetic neurological and developmental disorder. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin.

Attorney Domol has been widely recognized for excellence in personal injury law, including honors from Wisconsin Super Lawyers, Illinois Super Lawyers, a 10.0 Superb Rating from AVVO, and multiple Top 100 Trial Lawyer and Top 40 Under 40 distinctions from The National Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Since joining Hupy and Abraham, he has recovered over $110 million in verdicts and settlements for his clients and has resolved several cases for $1 million or more.
