I used Terri for my Divorce in 2009 and recommended her to 2 other people who were very happy with her representation. Recently, years after my divorce, I was in a position to fight for something I was awarded and immediately went back to Terri. As an attorney, she is knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, straightforward, and firm. She has a highly regarded reputation amongst other attorneys and the court system Judges/Commissioners. I particularly found her integrity very admirable, even when I was not feeling like I wanted to be fair.....she provided explanations and solutions that quickly eased my mind. She is also encouraging on a personal level. She just keeps it real and has during the 10+ years I have had her representing me. Shout out to Shelley in the office as well! They are a great team and worth every penny!

Terri Nelson, is a great attorney. She listened to me. I was extremely emotion and she was honest and to the facts for me. I needed this. She stood by me and gave me the explanation if I did choice a or choice b. She is a skilled lawyer in court. She helped my divorce to be fair to me and has helped me with additional information even after the settlement when issues arose. I would recommend her to my family and friends. In divorces you need someone looking out for you and i believe she is the one you want on your side.

I was referred to Teri Nelson for my divorce by a very good friend of mine who had Teri as her apposing attorney for her divorce. All she had to say to me was “I wish I had her as my attorney!!” My friend was right! From the moment I walked into Teri’s office, I knew I was in great hands! She explained everything to me in detail. I was being bullied by my husband and Teri put a stop to that the very next morning!! She was exactly who I needed in my corner and I am forever grateful!

She is a bully, a lair and a worthless attorney! If you want to pay an arm and a leg to get bullied by her and lose your case then hire her. I asked her to get the social worker involved for my kid during the divorce and she told me the GAL is the social worker . She handed my case down to a junior attorney w/o my consent and charged me the same rate as her. Such an evil person!! I didn't want to lose my case and I was scared so I took the bully from her then once I didn't want the take it any more she didn't want to represent me any more still continuing to bully me by telling me she will be in the hearing to get my money even after she sent the letter telling me she will no longer represent me. What a f$$king Shame to bully a mother who's afraid of losing her child to her ex who's a child molester?! She doesn't deserve her title! She has no work ethic nor integrity !! Do NOT hire her!!! She and her firm should be ashamed of her behavior!!!
