In addition, Attorney Mitchell handles employment and business litigation, including cases involving wage theft, misclassification and discrimination. She reviews and negotiates employment contracts, severance agreements, restrictive covenants, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), with a focus on healthcare professionals, executives, and commission-based roles. She also assists clients with partnership and small business formation, business disputes, and works in the CLF In-House Counsel Program to counsel business start-ups and small businesses.
