Timothy B. Anderson ("Tim"), a long-time Shareholder with Remley Law, S.C., emphasizes a business-related legal practice, involving business transactions, litigation, collection, employment, real estate, and estate planning matters for individuals, start-ups, nonprofits and long-established businesses. Early on in his career, Tim was selected as one of the Fox Valley's top "Thirty under Thirty" in the September 10, 2001 edition of the Post Crescent, saluting up-and-coming business leaders. Tim has also been rated as a Premium Pick in a survey of lawyers conducted by Fox Cities Magazine. To this day, Tim continues to have a strong presence and reputation in the Fox Valley legal community and surrounding counties. As for his education, Tim earned his J.D. degree from Marquette Law School and earned his B.A. degree in Political Science and English from Marquette, where he studied under former Wisconsin Congressman Scott L. Klug and former U.S. Secretary of Defense Les Aspin. As for his interests outside the law, Tim is passionate about his time afield, hunting and fishing with friends and family whenever he can. He and his wife Emily live in Neenah and assist numerous charitable organizations, with an emphasis on animal rescue/welfare, in the Fox Valley area.
