Since 2004, Erik’s criminal defense practice has grown exponentially. Erik skillfully defends various criminal matters ranging from traffic citations to drunken driving matters to violent felonies. Erik has extensive experience having litigated numerous issues at the trial level and has advocated for his clients’ cause in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals when needed. Erik’s success for his criminal clients ranges from multiple dismissal and acquittals after jury trials.
