Attorney Martha Heidt is a dedicated litigation attorney with over 25 years of experience practicing in Wisconsin’s courts. She has honed her skills in legal research and writing, appellate practice, insurance coverage litigation, and drafting specialized discovery requests. Martha’s experience in insurance coverage and summary judgment briefing has helped her clients to achieve winning results in their cases.
Martha graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. Her appellate experience includes briefing and oral arguments in both the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Before pursuing a career in law, Martha worked in land conservation, dairy farming, and sheep farming.
At Bye, Goff & Rohde, Martha works with each of the trial attorneys to provide the best possible legal support to the clients. Outside of work, Martha enjoys reading, gardening, bicycling, or riding her horse. She has lived on a working farm with her husband for over 35 years and spends her free time visiting her two adult children, their spouses, and her grandchildren whenever possible.
