Mr. Drosen’s family law practice includes representing individuals in divorce, traditional, collaborative and cooperative, maintenance, property division, legal custody and physical placement. His estate planning practice includes the drafting of powers of attorney, wills, trusts and probate administration. Mr. Drosen is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Divorce Cooperation Institute and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin, Inc. In addition to his role as advocate counsel, Mr. Drosen also offers unbundled legal services from assisting with the drafting of legal documents to case analysis and advising clients about their rights and responsibilities under current law.
