    Consulted Attorney 2024-2028
I was having a hard time, trying to find out if a medical misdiagnosis could be be filed. On July 7th I was being surgically treated for what they called as Acute lower limb ischemia. On April 22nd, an ER doctor blatantly refused to give me the due diligence of an xray or blood test and called my left leg a sprained ankle. Mr. Malonely took his time to explain why its so hard and a client must have an initial fund investment to investigate why the negligence happened, He was straight forth, very upfront. I appreciate how it explained it to me. The other two I contacted, were rude that made an individual didn't feel worthy of representation. I know the reason why it will be nearly impossible to file and that this burned out Doctor in the ER that night in April of 2024, set up a downward spiral of health issues, which. Today I am waiting for my toes to expire and needing a amputation. I am barely able to function, but due to my exposure of a self help recovery program,,,I can accept the things I cant not change. Thank you Mr. Maloney, for me it will be day at a time

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
