Before he was one of the Deputy Public Defenders for Pinal County, Mr. Jacobo worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor at the Chandler Prosecutor’s Office for seven years. While there, he always sought justice prosecuting a wide range of charges. This insight gives our law firm an edge in the courtroom, as we are highly familiar with the strategies used by prosecution and law enforcement. Because we can anticipate the argument they will use against our clients, we are able to plan ahead and craft a strong rebuttal. Regardless of the allegations involved, our goal is to have them dropped or reduced to a bare minimum.
