Tiffany and Bosco Law Firm is associated with M&T Bank. In my case, the firm illegally operated my bank account. I tried to contact the firm a few times, the receptionist hung up on me when I asked for the states they are authorized, registered to practice and which is the registering authority for them to practice. When I called back, the other receptionist accused me of being rude for asking for their business structure. After that, the bank does not answer the phone call and, off course, I did not receive any call from the law firm. Not only the firm invaded my privacy with M&T Bank but also, trying to frame false accusations. The blunder caused by this law firm and the bank has caused me a lot of agony, mental and physical stress and harassment AND it is going to cost me a loss of a lot of amount of money.

Rich Gramlich, Professional, Experienced and Prepared. "PEP" How can you do better for your client than obtaining a settlement well in excess of what the client expected. Rich did just that. He was cost conscious asking me, if I wanted to pay for a deposition or pass due to costs? I left that choice to Rich who chose yes and I'm glad he did. The deposition appeared to have increased the settlement in mediation quite significantly. Rich was obviously very well prepared for the deposition with a good retention of the facts and issues supporting my claim. I am not an Attorney but my two kids are so I get it. Law is a business so chose a lawyer that's a winner. I did and it provided great results. Great experience. Thank You Mr. Gramlich

The best decision I made when I was involved in a personal injury case was to aquire Mr Richard C Gramlich with Tiffany and Bosko law group as my attorney. Mr Gramlich aggressively pursued adequate compensation for my injuries while giving me personal attention that made me feel like family. Expectations exceeded. Highly recommended.

Richard C. Gramlich, is a superb lawyer with the experience, and skill to find the Achilles heel of the case, drive hard into it to obtain a very favorable settlement. He is smart, ethical, aggressive and very cost conscious, with the nick name "Bulldog" which is well deserved. I am also an attorney with over 40 years of trial experience, so consider the source. One of my companies had a complex multidefendant construction case which was filed by Sacks Tierney, PA., a firm by which I was very disappointed. Richard took the case over on the eve of trial, got up to speed very efficiently, filed a barrage of pretrial pleadings, and forced a very favorable resolution in mediation. Richard is a good example of how every trial lawyer should conduct themselves. I would give him six stars if that was an option.

I have used Robert Mitchell of Tiffany & Bosco to handle an important legal matter for me. I was very pleased with his diligence, knowledge of the law, and hard work on my behalf. Robert always exceeded my expectations and the outcome was great. Prior to finding Robert, I worked with two other law firms on the same issue and experienced a difficult process with no result. I am grateful that I found Robert who finally brought my issue to a positive conclusion. As busy as he was, Robert was always quick to respond every time I reached out, even if I only needed moral support. I know from speaking with others in the community that Robert has an exemplary reputation and that my experience was not unique. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of a quality trial lawyer. Carrie Scottsdale, AZ

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
