Hired Law firm 2021Emergency ...called this firm...told would be called back in hour..this was at 9:10 am..called back at 2:30 Pm asking about the call...was told no one here to help and maybe tomorrow...asked to talk to office manager..told she was on phone and would call me back..she never did. Worst intake ever..total stuck up attitude with no real desire to help ..Happy to lie to me and do it again. Worst contact I have ever had with ANY professional office in 69 year on this earth..People were suffering and they did nothing @ all... In fact they made it worse..Stay Clear!

Hired Law firm 2017-2018Debbie Rumbeck and her firm are top notch Workers Compensation Lawyers. She did a super job getting me a great settlement, she knows her stuff! I was injured at work in 2015. The injury diagnosis drug on through many weeks with the company's workers comp doctor directed physical therapy. The therapy did no good and made the condition somewhat worse. In the spring of 2016 I was finally sent to an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. In May of 2016 i had surgury, followed by 5 months of physical therapy. Throughout this period I recieved benifits payments. Then the Doctor said I could return to work with a "partial" 100% disability. I was unable to find employment in my field do to the disability restrictions. The insurance stopped benifit payment. However my former employers insuance carrier kept stringing me along for months with paperwork from them and the State of Arizona. During this time I repeatedly attempted to contact my assigned case worker at the insurance company. My calls went unanswered and my messages were never returned. Then in September 2017 I recieved notice from the State of Arizona that I was officially rated "Partially" 100% disabled with zero compensation. I thought this was just how the system worked, I didn't know. I thought Woker Comp would take care of me. I did have 90 days to appeal the decision. My Wife kept urging me to contact an lawyer. With 10 days left I contacted this firm. Debbie Rumbeck took my call and in less than 5 minutes she said I had a case. I met at her office the next day and she filed the appeal that day!!! Fast forward 6 months, Debbie worked my case, kept me informed and got me a generous settlement! A monthly disability payment for life as well as nearly 2 years of back payments owed to me. My only regret is I didn't find Debbie Rumbeck and her firm sooner. I should have listened to my wife! If your injured on the job call these folks, there GOOD at what they do!!! THANKS!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
