Hired Attorney 2022Rebecca Albrecht is an attorney at Bowman and Brooke LLP. She is also a consumer arbitrator. I requested consumer arbitration against a automobile dealership for fraud, consumer fraud, false advertisement, breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation. The Respondent in my case Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a FCA US LLC dealership. Rebecca Albrecht mishandled my case. She was dishonest on her General Arbitrator’s Oath Form and her resume was limited to her past experience and training. She failed to disclose that her current employment is at a product liability law firm that is best known for defending automobile manufacturers. Bowman and Brooke LLP is currently defending FCA US LLC and a franchised dealerships in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara for breach of contract/unlimited warranty, Case# 20CV368787 Federico Magana vs FCA US LLC and Steven Creek Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They have defended FCA in the past and they have other pending case. This is a clear conflict of interest. Bowman and Brooke LLP is corrupt. Rebecca Albrecht has been employed at Bowman and Brooke LLP for 16 years. They defend manufacturers in multimillion dollar lawsuits and they have an attorney who is consumer arbitrator preventing to care about consumer rights/laws.
