Brian L. Ellexson - Phoenix, AZ

Brian L. Ellexson is a Phoenix native. He graduated magna cum laude from The University of Arizona in 2003, where he received degrees in Family Studies/Human Development and Spanish, and graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. In New York City, Brian practiced at a boutique law firm in the areas of trusts and estates; commercial and residential real estate; and complex civil litigation. Upon returning to Arizona in 2010, Brian worked as a solo practitioner counseling individuals and families on estate plans, probate and trust disputes, and general litigation. He joined the Slepian Law Office in 2011.

Brian has studied Social Security Disability Law and has represented claimants at the Office of Disability Adjudication & Review. He has successfully handled Social Security Disability claims and is dedicated to assisting individuals who cannot work. Brian remains involved with The University of Arizona and is involved with The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, an organization dedicated to promoting and funding research, increasing awareness, and supporting individuals and families facing frontotemporal degeneration. He volunteers his time with Wills for Heroes, an organization that provides essential legal documents to first responders throughout the Valley.

Brian is admitted to practice law in the states of Arizona and New York. He practices exclusively Social Security Disability Law.
