Our founder, Gordana Mikalacki, built her legal foundation as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, where she represented the Department of Economic Security under three successive attorneys general. That role sharpened her courtroom instincts, refined her negotiation tactics and gave her firsthand insight into how large institutions defend claims. She carried that experience forward when she established Elmm Law Group, where she now leads as managing partner.
We structure our firm so clients work directly with an attorney rather than being routed through layers of staff.
