Jose A. Montaño is a founding member and managing partner of Montaño & Associates, P.C. The firm was founded in Phoenix, Arizona. Jose is originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, and is a graduate of Arizona State University with honors and the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Montaño is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, admitted to practice in Arizona, the United States Federal Court of Arizona, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Montaño practices in the areas of serious criminal defense. He has dedicated his primary area of practice to cases in the Federal Court.
