Consulted Law firm 2023-2025Gurstel is notorious about using all kinds of ILLEGAL and PREDATORICAL tactics. It should have shut down when they helped Midland stealing money from consumers (especially from retired seniors) until AG office sued them - at the end, Midland paid $90M pleading guilty, gave up judgement awards. Gurstel is now working with other debt buyers stealing (again) from retired seniors. They should be arrested and criminally charged ASAP.

Consulted Law firm 2022Refused me when I asked to speak to the attorney handling the case or even an associate. Breaking so many laws. Be care this Indian company is fake and not real attorney's. Show up to your case and fight. They want you to default. Don't let them do that.

Consulted Law firm 2018-2022If I could give them Zero I would have. They have over 38 complaints with the BBB and respond to every complaint with the exact same response clearly not written by someone with English as their first language. They are the worst of the worst. If you are collecting a debt and choose to use them they will probably act unethically in order to collect.
