Experience includes:
- In his role as general counsel to The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa, Mr. Lotzar was able to assist the Authority in the issuance of more than $3.5 billion of revenue bonds for the purpose of financing the America West Arena and various manufacturing facilities, distribution facilities, affordable multifamily and single-family housing, and health care facilities such as St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, John C. Lincoln Hospital and the Samaritan Hospitals.
- Mr. Lotzar's work developing an innovative manner of financing affordable single-family housing was recognized as one of the Institutional Investor's "Deals of the Year."
- Mr. Lotzar has also represented a number of construction companies of various sizes in a variety of transactions and litigation.
