I got into contact with Falynn @ Glickstein law just 7 days before my trial date. I was worried that we would not have time to get our case together. Falynn was great on the phone and very good at communicating with email and also text. I gave her info about our custody case, and she had some very good suggestions that we used. We did not have time for get a key report from another government agency, so Falynn sent the person that wrote the report a subpoena to appear in court. This worked out great. I met with Falynn on the phone and also 30 minutes before the trial where she helped prepare us. Falynn was very good during the trial. We received the outcome we wanted. Thank you Falynn.

I retained this attorney through Valley Law Group to represent me in a family law custody matter involving serious concerns for my son’s safety and my own safety related to the child’s father. In a case of this nature, I expected strong advocacy, clear guidance, and a commitment to pursuing my stated goals. Unfortunately, that did not occur. From the beginning, I clearly expressed my concerns regarding safety and my desire to pursue relocation to protect my family. Over the course of more than a year, I felt I was repeatedly led to believe that these concerns and goals were being taken seriously, only for the case to ultimately end in a standard parenting plan. My priorities—particularly relocation for safety reasons—were not meaningfully pursued, and I did not feel adequately represented or advocated for. Communication throughout the case was consistently poor. Updates were delayed, responses often required multiple follow-ups, and expectations were not clearly managed. This lack of transparency was especially distressing given the emotional and high-stakes nature of a custody case involving safety concerns. I was also troubled by a lack of professionalism during interactions. At times, comments were made that were unrelated to my case and inappropriate in a professional setting. Additionally, I experienced what I perceived to be bias influenced by the attorney’s personal political views, which made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about impartiality in my representation. While the attorney appears to have general legal knowledge, the combination of inadequate communication, failure to pursue my stated objectives, blurred professional boundaries, and perceived bias significantly undermined my confidence in her representation. Between my experience with this attorney and Valley Law Group overall, it was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. For a matter as serious as child custody and family safety, I believe clients deserve far better advocacy and professionalism than what I received.

Initially Falynn was a god send, she helped me maintain full custody of my children after my emergency petition was granted in 2019. That changed during COVID. Suddenly she stopped caring and I should have trusted my gut to get a new lawyer. I had hundreds of pieces of evidence to support my position at trial and debunk's my ex-wife's position. I told Falynn about this and she never even asked to look at any of it. She didn't even use the documents my ex-wife disclosed to debunk her claims. My ex-wife was able to completely control the narrative despite mountains of evidence to dispute her claims and I couldn't speak to any of it because it wasn't disclosed. Unfortunatey, the window to file a complaint with the state bar has closed. Custody dispute is still going and is worse then ever. Do not use this woman!

She’s the perfect lawery as long as you’re ok with it taking days to answer a simple question or even acknowledge you . Never once did I feel she had my best interest at heart made me feel unimportant , over the months I used her talked for maybe a total of 20 mins on phone never actually got to meet in person .. my visitation case was denied do to what I felt was her lack of knowledge and interest in my case highly recommend keep looking else where
