In details why: If you're looking for an attorney who will by all overwhelming appearances lose on purpose, show up to court with none of your evidence or exhibits,, rely on your abusive ex and his lawyer to bring to court and provide her any and all documents to represent you ) yes that's right, if your ex isn't bringing exhibits for you then you're all set to lose because Ashley Donovan will NOT be bringing any exhibits, evidence or documents to fight for you who is her client), Ashlee will be frantically looking throufh emails or whatever on her laptop during your trial because she totally failed to bring any exhibits proof documents to defend you (Ashley Donovan fully relies on your exs lawyer to have evidence and exhibits for her to use to defend you against your abusive ex) - if your ex is an abuser he /she will be lying in court and he will NOT have instructed his lawyer to bring exhibits and documents to defend you against his on going abuses), ... In the end after Ashley loses for obvious reasons, she will blatantly ignore your requests to appeal if anything goes wrong and of course it will.. Ashley Donovan will also ignore all your requests to appeal beforehand (before court - she will tell yiu "of course" etc but when the time comes Ashley will ignore your need to appeal) because she has from the very firat moments intended to just make a quick easy effortless buck off of you, which means lose your case, walk away , leaving you with the absolute damages and another big fat bill from her. She expects to get paid for losing on purpose (i.e. what else could she as an attorney expect when she comes to court that unprepared and expects your ex's lawyer to furnish all documents and exhibits to defend you against that lawyers client). Your ex's attorney has no plans to help you defeat their client so the predictable end of your case is loss.. If your former spouse is proven guilty of child abuse and is continuing to abuse the kids Ashley will go above and beyond to ensure she shows up extra unprepared, clueless, lost, unable to think on her feet and utterly guaranteed loss seemingly on purpose. Then she and her staff will send you the bill after she again ignores requests to appeal and blows off your scheduled meeting to discuss appeal again before the 30 days to appeal runs out In this way Ashley Donovan will destroy beyond repair your children's and your entire life. She takes zero accountability. She clearly feels zero responsibility or remorse.. One of the worst and most dangerous, deadly,lawyers in the country. Do not hire unless your ex is fair non-abusive and you really only need an attorney to perhaps handle the paperwork in a very low risk situation for you (no guarantee she can actually handle the paperwork but maybe she can) .. recap: Ashley will ensure you lose everything as well end up PAYING the abuser to continue abusing as Ashley sunk your case in such ways your mind will be in a state of shock for the rest of your life, your income to fight for your kids will be gone paying for the most horrific and your children's lives plus yours will be completely demolished.... You're better off representing yourself than hiring Ashley Donovan. There are many terrible, lazy, incapable attorneys. Donovan is as bad as they get.
