Only an initial meeting and Final Signing meeting were required. The Trust documents appear to cover any future scenarios that might happen including support of our Grandson with special needs. Along with the trust documents, Wills, POA's, Health Care Powers, and transfer documents were included all in one package at reasonable cost compared to other attorneys. Marcus Seiter was very friendly and informal and answered any questions we had.

Overview
When I founded Seiter Law, I did so with the intention of helping people in and around Tempe, Arizona, plan for and preserve their estates. For several years, my law office has assisted clients with drafting and maintaining wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives. Additionally, I am able to offer legal guidance pertaining to limited liability companies and real estate deeds within the estate planning process.
Having grown up in Scottsdale, my connection to Maricopa County traces back to my childhood. I attended Horizon High School, Arizona State University and Arizona Summit Law School, graduating from the latter summa cum laude. Before earning my degree and founding my law office, I took my commitment to the country to the next level by serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Today, I am still deeply dedicated to helping others and working tirelessly to ensure they reach their goals. I leverage additional experience in the finance sector to craft and uphold sound estate plans.
My law office represents people with all types of scenarios, whether they are single parents, married couples with children or empty nesters.
