Hired Law firm 2020-2024Please just don't. Nearly 5 years. Headache, after headache, after headache, after heart ache. Completely unprofessional. I have hundreds of pages of documentation. My case was settled, agreement reached on 01/19/2024, settlement property obtained by defendants on 03/20/2024, checks released 5/1/2024 (Per Mrs. Branch), court docket confirms settlement and claims dismissed 07/12/2024. Finally received 1 of two settlement checks 12/20/2024. The check was RETURNED (bounced) for insufficient funds from her bank, today, Christmas Eve none the less. Just insult to injury. Total sum of settlement checks was well into the 5 figures. Mrs. Branch got paid nearly $10k, and we are still without our funds. We have filed several complaints with AGs, Arkansas Supreme Court, BBB, and will be pursuing legal malpractice representation as everything begins to take it's due course and complaints are being processed. Please please please do not use this attorney. Not only do they only have a 13% response rate, but average time to get anything is over 100 days. It took 228 days to get the bad check for our settlement. 174 days to get a generalized bill (not the itemized one that was requested), 89 days to get a POA, when she stated she would have all these things done within a certain week or time frame. At this point we are not even surprised that the check bounced. This office has no integrity, professionalism, or ethical/moral compass. I will say that they are professional gaslighters. I truly believed that Mrs. Branch had my best interest at heart. I truly believed everything she told me. I continued my patience well beyond what I should have. If you value your time, money, sanity, and inner peace please do not use the services provided here. They really shouldn't even be in business. There's just so much more I could say, but please stay far away. Maybe she's a good public defender, I don't know, but from a private practice standpoint...absolutely not.

Hired Law firm 2019-2024This place didn’t do anything for me! Literally took my $1000 to start a suit in 2019. I’ve contacted her many times with no response. They say she’ll call back and she never does. She’ll feed me a line and never follow through with anything it’s been multiple years and we didn’t ever get a court date set. Do not use!

Hired Law firm 2019-2023This place is an absolute joke we have been waiting to get a court date for 4 years and still nothing. Tabitha tried to sue my mothers bank and lost and now my mother is having to file bankruptcy because my mother has to pay the attorney and court fees on top of the car that my mom does not even have. By the way that is not even who we where trying to file a suit with in the first place. Tabitha has took 1000.00 from my family for nothing when we call her office we have to get an appointment then when it's the appointment time she is never available. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! SCAM ARTISTS.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
