Consulted Law firm 2023-2025All statement are facts with evidence. Don't be deceived by any reviews that cannot be supported with solid evidence. 1) He was arrested in 2015 for producing controlled substances in Pasadena, CA. His act was fully illegal at the time his arrest. / FORMER .... 2) Never disclosed to court that he was an attorney during his arrest. No fear of deceiving the court. 3) Extensive knowledge in pathological lying and no expertise is any specific area of the law. One man show lawyer that specializes in everything is a recipe for disaster in the long run. He creates confusion and deceptions to alter cases. 4) He give kickbacks to his client - AGAINST THE LAW 5) He colludes with his client - AGAINST THE LAW 6) He embezzles child support - AGAINST THE LAW 7) He intentionally falsifies attorney fees - AGAINST THE LAW 8) He knowingly deceives court officials with lies and falsification of facts - AGAINST THE LAW 9) He files frivolous lawsuit with collaborating clients for intentional emotional and financial abuse. He lack basic human decency by earning a living for the work he has not done. You are a despicable man. 10) Knowingly deceit and conning of JUDGE MICHEAL POWELL at Stanley Mosk courthouse - AGAINST THE LAW 11) Committing fraud and perjury WITH POWELL - AGAINST THE LAW 12) DESTROYING ANY PARENT'S PARENTHOOD - NO CONSCIOUS. Framing a parent with lies for financial gain .... PURE EVIL. You lack empathy, integrity, accountability. You are nothing less than a fraud and psychopath. 13) Subscribing to Super Lawyers as Mark David Piesner without disclosing of his arrest for public deception. Subscribing to Super Lawyers as Arc Point Law in 2019 under a new identity. One man show lawyers operating out of a P.O. Box address does not usually use a corporate name. Mark David Piesner is associated with his arrest. 14) Highly manipulative by constantly filling false statements. I have witnessed the same abusive pattern by him in front of multiple judges. His usual court tactics, "court made a mistake" , "court clerk made a mistake", "I was on vacation", "I filed it wrong", "I did not receive the email, / notice", "unintentional mistake", "human error", last minute court cancellations, and so on ...these are not actions of a professional attorney. Using a law degree to steal is shameful and disrespectful to the law profession. His hands and legs shake in court.

Consulted Law firm 2023-2024I have consulted with Mark Piesner on a pending lawsuit involving negligence in an elder care facility. His expertise in crafting questions and conducting interviews with facility administration and staff provided insightful and useful information that strengthened and progressed the pending litigation in our favor. Mark has been available and responsive to my calls and questions promptly, and I can highly recommend him and his firm when personal or family legal issues arise.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
