Mark David Piesner is associated with his arrest. 14) Highly manipulative by constantly filling false statements. I have witnessed the same abusive pattern by him in front of multiple judges. His usual court tactics, "court made a mistake" , "court clerk made a mistake", "I was on vacation", "I filed it wrong", "I did not receive the email, / notice", "unintentional mistake", "human error", last minute court cancellations, and so on ...these are not actions of a professional attorney. Using a law degree to steal is shameful and disrespectful to the law profession. His hands and legs shake in court.
