Scott graduated from the University of San Francisco, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics, summa cum laude. During his undergraduate studies, Scott was selected by the Panetta Institute to receive a scholarship to attend a semester working for a member of Congress in the nation’s capital, Washington D.C., as an intern.

Scott then attended law school at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings, College of the Law) where he received a CALI-Excellence for the Future Award for his coursework in International Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.

Before joining the team at Stone & Sallus LLP, Scott worked as a civil litigator for law firms in Orange County, California. His past experience includes representing municipalities in nuisance abatement, providing legal counsel to local officials, and catastrophic personal injury, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Most recently, Scott has focused his practice on the areas of business, real estate, and probate litigation.

Scott recently assisted an elderly client achieve a significant victory involving stolen assets of over $2 million dollars. Notably, the Court ruled that Scott’s client was entitled to treble damages for proving that the Defendant had engaged in receiving, withholding, and concealing stolen property. Scott’s diverse legal background and passion for justice makes him an excellent advocate for his clients.

Scott is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of California, as well as the United States District Court, for the Central District of California.

In his free time, Scott enjoys traveling and exploring nature and new cities, both locally and abroad with his family, including their mini Aussie, Rocko.
