Overview

Danielle Pompeo's practice areas focus on business and employment law, both in representing the employer and the employee. Danielle devotes her practice to preparation and prevention counseling for employers and empathetic zealous advocacy for employees. Danielle is a fourth generation San Diegan and has extensive experience helping local small businesses comply with the ever-evolving California Labor Code. Danielle has successfully defended numerous small businesses from bogus employment claims and successfully represented countless employees that have been legitimately wronged by their employer.

Danielle graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the California state bar in November 2022. Prior to law school, Danielle attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis on the music business. While in law school, Danielle was the president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, an Academic Success Advisor for the First-Generation Legal Professionals, the Vice President of the Client Advocacy Team, and a participating member of both the Animal Legal Defense Fund and the Employment and Labor Law Society. Danielle also continues to mentor law students throughout the process of succeeding in law school.

Prior to law school Danielle worked at several local restaurants and bars, which contributed to her path to law school. Danielle also is a seasoned performer and still routinely performs shows all across San Diego. Danielle enjoys cooking and eating, walking her dog, and live music.
